L.I.F.E. Learning is Fun Everyday! offers low and moderate income elementary school students in San Luis Obispo County an opportunity to earn a computer by participating in the Youth T ake E arned C omputers H ome (YouthTECH) Program. Youth TECH is a life skills program based on a youth development and business model. Students who participate in YouthTECH earn a new computer for their home by receiving L.I.F.E. Reward dollars ($LR). Reward dollars are earned based on: 1) Academic Performance; 2) Model Behavior; and 3) Parental Involvement.
Program Goals:
1. To Improve academic achievement;
2.
To increase the involvement of parents/guardians in their child's educational endeavors;
3.
To teach youth financial responsibility;
4.
To empower youth to work hard in and out of the classroom to realize their full potential.

YouthTECH is funded solely by the generous contributions of community members and business partners. Your contribution, big or small, will change the lives of youth AND improve our local community as well as our future! All contributions are tax-deductible to the full extent of the law.
